Took car in for service. Had medical emergency in a.m. and changed apps to p.m. Signed the change oil service document. I screwed up because of my stressful morning and signed for $255 order. Several hours later, we discovered that our car had been serviced. The service bill was $275! They said that they needed to treat the fuel system to extend the life of the vehicle at a cost of $99.89. Our K4 with 4200 miles, averaging 38.3 mpg should not have required this! We will not return to this inept service department.
The sales staff were friendly and professional during the process, which makes the rest of this more frustrating.
Key details were not handled properly at delivery. I had understood there would be a second key—there wasn’t. The car was delivered with about a quarter tank of gas. And I had to specifically ask for the charging cable, which should have been included upfront.
What matters more is how it was handled after the sale. I raised these concerns and did get responses, but only after repeated follow-up on my end, and without any meaningful resolution. I was told ... Read More

I purchased a brand new 2025 Kia K5 GT. I followed all the recommended break in suggestions to a T. My first break in period oil change was great. Then i took my car in for its 5,000 mile oil change and was told they found metal shavings in my oil. I was VERY concerned about this as i have only had the car 8 months. My experience at this service center was extremely disappointing. Over the course of more than a month, I received no proactive updates about my vehicle. I had to initiate every call myself just to get basic information. Jeff, the service advisor, showed little interest in assisting me or ensuring I was taken care of. The lack of communication and customer service made this the worst experience I’ve had with any service center.
My experience once again with kia service department has been poor currently my car is in the shop no one really answers to phone and have to call multiple times throughout the day to get someone to pick up and service advisor very minimally contacts me about my service. my car is been shop for about almost 2 weeks and they cant seem to find the problem about my car even though its really noticeable even a independent mechanic noticed.
Husband just bought a truck from them after they harassed him for weeks about it. He drove over 2 hours to drive it. However, the pictures posted online were crap. One wheel was totally messed up, and he was told they would even replace it. Fast forward a bit over a week, and already some hose went out, and he was told, “Oh well.” Also, no call back about the wheel to be replaced. I just wanted. To let you know that keeper Kia on gafaster road would did an outstanding job on my service this weekend on Saturday. They were very nice, very helpful and just went out of their way to be 5 star. Especially the service person. He was amazing.
